Processing & Lead Times
Every piece from Hardwood Elevated is handcrafted to order in small batches from solid hardwood in New Market, Alabama.
Most orders ship within 3–4 weeks, depending on current workload and project complexity. Larger custom pieces or furniture may require additional time.
Because each piece is made from real hardwood, grain patterns, knots, figure, and color variation will naturally differ from the photos shown. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Handmade Nature of Products
Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, color, knots, and figure are part of what makes each piece unique and should be expected.
Small signs of handcrafted work are not defects — they are part of the character of a genuinely handmade product.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. However, if an issue arises, we will do our best to help assist with tracking and resolution.
